Pray, and see you in October

AI-generated summary

Central Claim: McCraney announces a 90-day public silence for the Yeshuan Faith movement, framing the withdrawal as an act of radical dependence on God rather than institutional self-promotion. The ministry will reconvene October 3rd in the desert west of Cache Valley, trusting divine power rather than human strategy to produce growth.

Biblical Basis: Judges 7:2-7 (Gideon's 300 vs. 130,000) grounds the claim that God reduces human resources to make his power unmistakable. John 6 (feeding of 5,000) and 1 Corinthians 1:27 ("God has chosen the weak to shame the strong") reinforce that divine action consistently bypasses institutional scale. Psalm 46:10 ("Be still and know that I am God") anchors the call to silence.

Yeshuan Perspective: The deliberate rejection of social media campaigns and audience-building directly enacts Christiarchy, refusing the logic of religious empire-building. This posture contrasts sharply with institutional religion's conflation of organizational success with divine blessing. The invitation for followers to test Yeshuan teachings independently reflects the framework's epistemic humility and priority of personal, relational faith over doctrinal loyalty.

Pray, and see you in October - Shawn the Baptist [aka Shawn McCraney]

Transcripts:

Hello everyone, uuuh, excuse Delaney tonight. Uuuh, the Bible is full of stories that show that God often chooses small things and weakens human strength, so that his power may shine, his hand may be known, and he may receive glory. Our family has always strived to give God the glory in everything we do.

We never want to act in a way that takes credit for ourselves, others, or institutions. Your, that's what companies do. That's what companies do. Your, that's what religions do. Your, that's what religions do. They work and build tirelessly through their own efforts, sometimes spending millions of dollars and thousands of man-hours managing the Internet, and then when they become huge and seem successful, they humbly say it's all God's work, but we know they created their own success. In the Old Testament there was a man named Gideon.

That happens to be the temple name I was given when I joined the Church of Jesus Christ of the Holy One in the last days. And he was commanded to smite the Amalagites and the Midianites, who were an army of about 130,000 men, if I remember correctly. Gideon and Israel started with an army of 32,000 men. And given how people work, you would think that God would have said to Gideon, get more men, you're not going to make it, quote, but God said to Gideon, you have too many.

Way too much. 132,000 versus 132,000. So what the National Army of Israel did was. Verse 732. So what the national army of Israel did was. Reduce their numbers under Gideon's leadership. Why did God want them to do that? He says it clearly, I don't want them to think they've saved themselves. I want them to know it was me who did it.

Quotation mark. Is he an ambitious one? No. He wants us to know his power. How many soldiers did Jahava finally agree to allow Gideon to go into battle? 300, 300 versus 130,000. You could imagine the story of a little shepherd boy taking on a giant, MMA-trained soldier with a few rocks and a sling. We also remember the story in John chapter 6, where Jesus feeds five thousand people with two fish and five barley loaves.

Do you remember how that worked? We also remember a baby of ignorance who was born in a manger is not suitable for an inn and who conquered the world. We know that God likes to intervene through little things. The underlying theology of this is expressed by Paul in his letter to the church in Corinth, where he says, But God has chosen the fools of the world to way to shame. God has chosen the weak of the world to shame the strong.

We have been preparing to launch Sean P. Baptist for 40 years, 20 of which have been full-time. We have done everything necessary to prepare for the event and fully expect that the true and living God will now take control, with only a few souls left. We may have about 300. And that he will show his power among the weakest of things in the world, to overtake the mighty.

We expect him to do that. Maybe not, if he doesn't do it we can accept it, but we have done our part. Our family humbly but sincerely risked everything we had. Our family humbly but sincerely risked everything we had. We do not believe that God owes us anything. That's why we owe him something. And in that spirit we take the final leap of faith, leap off our own human efforts, turn them over to him, and expect, expect, hope, and pray that he will act as he wishes.

It's not our job to grow our findings, that's his job. We let you know that Sean the Baptist is coming. We have created a website, meet seanuntibaptist.com. We also put it on Instagram. We have set it up on a large scale in other places with millions of dollars. No, we're dealing with it done on a small budget.

That's all we have. But we want your strength of God, which will be held in October the world will begin to work. That means we want to give him space. And from We're going to do that tonight too. Instead of promoting all areas as we thought, instead of using all the social media, placing advertisements and in the newspapers appear to get students excited, we go in the opposite direction.

And for the next 90 days, three months, we'll keep quiet. The Yeshuan Faith movement does nothing in public for 90 days. And we will appear in the desert west of Cash Valley on Saturday, October 3 and begin there with our Sean the Baptist mission every Saturday from the Wasatch Front. We're not going to promote it, we're not going to try to get people to hear about it.

We show you how God works when he is behind something and how man then behaves can withdraw without having to worry. We don't want the millions and billions game religion should not play a role in staying relevant and controlling the internet. No more shows. No more shows until after October 3. No more calling programs. We don't do that.

We don't even provide leadership training. And we will make up for that in the future with everyone involved. We've always done that. No Sunday sermons. I'm not going to go through Matthew verse by verse. I'm not going to teach Sunday school anymore. No more announcements on social media. From tonight we will keep radio silence to show.

That God is now ready to move in a very small place in this world and we think it will start in Cash Valley. We invite everyone who has watched, who has been involved with us, or who is a soe, to join us in your faith and in your prayers. We encourage you to use this time to step away from everything we have ever taught and test, explore, and see what else is out there.

Go to different churches, test and compare their teachings with what you have learned from us. We have developed a website for you where you can check everything we have taught. You can test our Biblical references. You can test our position. And you can strengthen yourselves, so that when we return, whether you are with us or not, if you are not with us, we love you, if you are with us, let's go.

We are completely focused on leaving the outcome up to him. We're not going to say anything more about it. We did it. We have done our part and we want to leave it completely in his hands, not ours. If you guys are familiar with jeanfiebaptist.com and our plan and want to share it, that's up to you. May the spirit guide you.

We would love to see you at the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth desert gatherings, as we move along the Wassach Front from October 3rd. And at all other meetings, we even find it embarrassing if there is no attendance at all, for we have given ourselves completely to God. He knows and that's all that matters to us.

Seriously, this is not what religions and empires do. This is contrary to the way people behave build. We are neither. Our family walks and has learned to walk by faith, by the spirit of his son alone. We invite you to consider creating your own during this 90 day period explore beliefs. Seek him sincerely. See what he will do in your life.

Go to the search engine on Yeshua's, veed for all the answers to what we have to say, and then we'll go from there. We believe that Jahava, through the spirit of the Risen Christ, will begin to do a work in the world beginning in October this year. This will amount to a Leni-coined expression, unity by grace. Unity by grace.

Unity by grace. How does that work? Grace for the fact that people are born into different religions, cultures and races with different intellectual abilities, educations and influences. Unity by grace for all people. Mercy for criminals. Mercy for homosexuals. Mercy for non-Christians. Mercy for unbelievers.

We believe in unity through grace. It's the first step. It will be mocked. We suggest starting small. That doesn't matter to us. We will go out and by His power and might show the world how our God, the true and living God who lives and dwells in those who love Him, works. Use this time to look for him. For tonight, Delaney, I, and our family are ceasing all communications from this ministry until October 3rd.

And I want to quote Psalm 46 on 10, where the living God says, be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. Quotation mark. We'll see you in the desert in October. you you
