Central Claim: McCraney argues that understanding God's "Arithmetic of Administration" across biblical economies—from Eden through the Mosaic Covenant—is essential to determining how believers should operate spiritually today. The fundamental choice remains constant: faith in God (resulting in unity, health, peace) versus pursuing one's own will (resulting in division, death, separation).

Biblical Basis: McCraney traces God's administrative economies through Genesis 9:6 (post-flood governance), Jeremiah 3 (Israel's spiritual adultery), and implicit references to Yeshua's confrontation with hardened religious leaders after 400 years of silence.

Yeshuan Perspective: The teaching reflects fulfilled eschatology by emphasizing that the kingdom isn't future but present—operating through subjective faith rather than external law. The progression from Adam → Noah → Abraham → Moses → Yeshua demonstrates God's gradual shift away from external covenant structures (Mosaic Law) toward internal, faith-based relationship. The corrupt religious establishment Yeshua encountered had abandoned genuine faith for institutional control, illustrating why the old economy required replacement with a faith-based one.

Key Point: Today's believers must choose between the old "addition/multiplication" paradigm of law-keeping or renewed "division"

Series II Part V

Toward a better Biblical Philosophy

In this last segment of this Second series, Toward a Better Biblical Philosophy, we are left with the question that we believe needs to be addressed – in the face of all we have talked about –

Based on all the various historical economies where God has used His Arithmetic of Administration in the world, what are we to operate by today? Division? Subtraction? Addition? Multiplication?

The biblically based economies where God has applied his Arithmetic of Administration began in the Garden of Eden and was simple –

Have faith in me or pursue your own will and ways and experience separation or division in almost every way possible - spiritually (meaning, you will be alienated from me) physically (meaning from health and life because you will die) emotionally (as the unity with God and others will be broken) and in peace and rest (because you will have to work and labor to even survive).

From Adam to the flood, recorded in Genesis 1-6 and known as the Antediluvian period (meaning, before the flood period) was an era, age or economy characterized in the Bible by extreme longevity of life (Noah was about 600 years old, with Methusaleh dying at 969 years in the year of the flood) lasted about 1600 years.

By the time the God shut the doors on the ark the earth was so violent the only option was total annihilation of all human beings made in God’s image, but spiritually separated from Him and living by their own freewill.

A lot of the following is suppositional but based a young-earth creationist interpretations (of which I remain uncertain about) the post-flood world was drastically altered from the pre-flood era, featuring a colder climate, shorter human lifespans, and, according to some theories a radically transformed geography.

Key changes included:

The earth being rearranged, with ocean basins sinking and continents rising, forming new mountain ranges like the Himalayas and Rockies where marine fossils are now found.

The former "greenhouse" climate was replaced by cold conditions, leading to the Ice Age, characterized by intense volcanic activity, massive storms, and the introduction of seasons.

Apparently retreating water caused intense fast erosion, creating canyons and depositing vast amounts of sediment leading to rapid changes in the landscape.

Additionally, lifespans significantly decreased and interestingly, that occurred in the day that humans were given permission to eat meat (which I love).

Apparently an entirely new ecosystem was completely reshaped causing the planet to be unstable, with frequent "superquakes" and massive volcanic eruptions occurring for decades after the flood waters fell.

Ocean levels rose and fell dramatically during the resulting Ice Age and during this time animals spread out from the Ark into a changed, colder world.

The period between the Flood up to Abraham is primarily known as the Age of Promise or the Patriarchal Period consisting of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and sons where the Promise of God was in development among the expansion of their progeny.

In some theological frameworks, this era is believed to have lasted about 430 years where it seems that God allowed humans to govern themselves without the threat of another flood.

According to Genesis 9:6 we read,

Genesis 9:1-7 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.

2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.

3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

5 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man.

6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

7 And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.

This was a commandment given to Noah and his family as a means to restart the world and govern violence accordingly.

While death was a consequence of sin earlier alone, the explicit delegation of taking human life was given to other men at this point.

This ability will be extended to the Nation under the Law but from Abraham to that time, the period is generally known as the Dispensation/age/ or economy of Human government.

So we see the first couple introducing sin and death, violence and separation, a second family (Noah, his wife, their three sons Shem, Ham and Japeth, and the son's wives) introducing a new world, a third couple then family (Abraham and Sarah, Isaac, Jacob and sons) being a family in the age of Promise, and then we come to another family -

According to the Hebrew Bible, Moses’ family included his parents, called

Amram and Jochebed (both of the tribe of Levi).

His siblings Miriam (sister) and Aaron (brother).

His Wife: Zipporah (daughter of Jethro/Reuel).

His sons Gershom and Eliezer.

With his extended family including,

His Father-in-law: Jethro (also referred to as Reuel or Hobab).

Sister-in-law: Elisheba (wife of Aaron).

Nephews: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

And his adoptive Mother who was Pharaoh's daughter (referred to as Termutis by Josephus) but as Bithia in the text.

In different combinations contributing different helps to Moses, they were able, by the power of God to take the Nation and separate her out from Egypt, and Moses would offer her God’s proposal – to be His wife/son/nation and He would be to them collectively under His Law, a husband, father and God.

We know that they were called out to be distinct and separate from all other people and nations. And this economy or administration is known as the Mosaic Covenant.

The time from Moses to the Babylonian captivity (which began around 605–586 B.C.) spanned roughly 800 to 900 years.

This period included the Nation wandering in the wilderness, then a time of them having Judges, then having a united monarchy, then a time when the Kingdom divided into two.

The northern Kingdom were ten tribes called Israel and the Southern Kingdom was called Judah and included Benjamin.

The Northern Kingdom Israel was taken into captivity by the Assyrians (because of her whorish engagements with unwashed pagan world) and they never fully recovered as distinct tribes.

The Southern Kingdom Judah and Benjamin was taken into Babylonian captivity about 110 plus years later.

According to 1 Kings 6:1, the Fall of Northern Kingdom (Israel) was around 722 B.C. and the Babylonian Captivity (Judah) occurred around B.C. 605.

When Judah was released from Babylonian captivity after 70 years, what were now called “Jews” as some wanderers from the Northern Kingdom joined them in the land of Judah and returned to Jerusalem (around 536 BC) to rebuild the temple and the city walls.

Led by figures like Zerubbabel and Ezra, they reinstated the Law of Moses, restored sacrifices, celebrated the Passover, and abandoned idol worship, as describe in the books of Ezra and Nehemiah.

Their return resulted in a "second Exodus," marked by a revitalized commitment to spiritual life and a refusal to repeat the past idolatry.

As noted, the children of these recommitted Jews are who Yeshua confronted when He arrived on the scene after some 400 years of silence.

And what did He find? A primarily hard hearted religious men more interested in control, power, and enforcing the Law on the people rather than a people who humbly received YAHAVAH as their God.

This is no surprise as God Himself says in way back in Jeremiah and before Jeremiah prophesied that the Nation was going into captivity the following found in Jeremiah 3

Jeremiah 3:1 They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD.

2 Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.

3 Therefore the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; and thou hadst a whore's forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed.

4 Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?

5 Will he reserve his anger for ever? will he keep it to the end? Behold, thou hast spoken and done evil things as thou couldest.

6 The LORD said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen that which backsliding Israel hath done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot.

And I said after she had done all these things, Turn thou unto me. But she returned not. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it.

8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.

10 And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith the LORD.

11 And the LORD said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.

12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.

13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD.

14 Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:

15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

16 And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.

17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

18 In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.

19 But I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of nations? and I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and shalt not turn away from me.

20 Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith the LORD.

21 A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten the LORD their God.

22 Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God.

23 Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel.

24 For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.

25 We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God.

Because YAHAVAH had promised to give the Nation one last chance to choose Him as Their husband, He sent His promised Son (Himself, by the way) to call the people of that Nation who had hearts to hear and eyes to see to receive Him by repentance and faith, extending the Period of the Old Covenant exclusively from Moses on out to Acts chapter 10.

The Apostolic Record is pretty clear that those who heard and received were elected by God Himself, and that the rest were blinded and that the elect would be a holy pure Bride that the entire Nation was called to be from the start.

The Gospel accounts are nothing more than an extended record of the Old Testament detailing Yeshua’s conception, birth, life, teachings, miracles, death, resurrection and ascension.

The describe the salvivic work of the Mortal Messiah to His people. After His ascension into the clouds with the promise to return to take his elect Bride and to rescue her from the promised destruction, the victorious Christ left his church/bride in the hands of His Spirit and in the oversight of His elected and trained apostles who gave their lives to witness of His resurrection to those who killed Him.

The day His promised Holy Spirit fell on them, with staggering wonder of common tongues and miracles, Peter said to a gathering of that Nation gathered in Jerusalem for a celebration called in Hebrew as Shavuot (Feast of Weeks), to commemorate the anniversary of God giving the Torah (Law) to the Israelites at Mount Sinai, which transformed them into a nation.

This celebration occurred 50 days after Passover (hence the name Pentecost) and it also symbolically marked an agricultural festival thanking God for the first fruits of the wheat harvest.

And watching the disciples stagger under the power of His promised Spirit and misread them for being drunk, Peter stands up and says word overlooked far to long and far too often by Bible readers ever since, and saying to those people then, and not to us -

Acts 2:14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Saved from what?

Their sin.

Satan’s grasp.

Hell.

And from the promised great and dreadful day of the Lord given where God’s wrath would be poured upon his adulterous wife.

Hand in hand with the power of the Spirit, witness of His resurrection, teaching, calling, persecution, death by martyrdom the apostles went about to every city in Israel – first to the Jews and about ten years later to the Gentiles but even Yeshua said to them when He was alive,

Matthew 10:23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

All the apostles who wrote described this day – even the devils and demons who had full range cried out to Yeshua when they met him,

Matthew 8:29 What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

And the last living apostle John was given a specific revelation of Christ Himself to the Seven Churches so they could know all the signs of the end of that economy once and for all.

As you can see, the dividing, adding, subtracting and multiplying God does in the economies of Man there is always an overlapping, a fading out along with a fading in until the fullness envelopes the former.

Missing the significance of the wrapping up promised by Old Testament prophets, John the Baptist, Christ, and the Apostles that would write, those believers left behind in parts of the world have similarly resisted allowing the age or administration or economy of the Spirit of the Victorious Christ to reign and have inserted their human interpretations on the narrative, resulting in all we have seen, and frankly all God has allowed, for almost 2000 years.

Along the way, well intentioned men and woman, appealing to the Spirit of Man in them, have proffered up material representations to represent the Kingdom established above on earth. All of them have failed to acknowledge the economies God has allowed in bringing forth His plan, all of them have failed to submit to the veil being torn top to bottom, all of them have refused to see the power of the Spirit of Christ, the destruction of Jerusalem and the temporary transitory purpose of living Apostles and a material gathering of the elect.

And so God has allowed for nearly two-thousand years of church-playing to unfold from the minds of Man until January 6th 2026, when our family maintains (again, through the Spirit of Man within us) that the economy of the True and Living God, standing fully on the foundation of all we have described today, to come forth and present

NOT another religion.

NOT another age (this age started at Pentecost)

But another economy, or change of administration in the world.

We describe this change of administration as a time when the world is ready to see and hear all that God has done, in context, and to realize the following:

GRAPHIC

1 That everything He has enacted, enabled and finished is set as described in the biblical narrative.

2 That the Spirit of Christ was given at Pentecost and this Spirit now abides in all human beings, governing and guiding them to faith and love.

3 That brick and mortar religion exists because men and women refuse to believe that God is this capable and good.

4 That all former things are gone away, and that we, by the victorious finished work of God have individually been returned to a Spiritual Garden of Eden state, and where we, like the first couple, choose this day how we want to live.

5 That God, since the taking of the Bride, is “all in all,” a status described in the text:

And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 1st Corinthians 12:6

And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. 1st Corinthians 15:28

Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. Ephesians 1

6 And that the call on all people is faith (not defined, not directed, not denominational – but faith in God from wherever a person may be in their life because of upbringing, intelligence, age, exposure, flesh, desires) and to love as they are so led.

7 That the faith, for 2000 years up until this very day, is entirely subjective and all, in possession of the Spirit of Christ are free to believe or not, and that the call on those who believe is peace, love, understanding, patience, mercy, kindness, longsuffering, service, generosity of every person acknowledging that in this world love demands suffering to protect others.

(End Graphic)

This morning, we announce the next, perhaps the last expression of this particular family ministry before we move into a phase of building schools.

If history tells us anything it will be that what we are about to say will be hated, rejected, attacked and mocked – but some will hear, be intrigued and may join in what we suggest (again, through the Spirit of Man within us and not by revelation) but what we suggest is the dawning of the next age – the economy, the administration of the Spirit.

We maintain that many others have come and attempted to usher this age in but that the time was nor right. We boldly suggest that because of technology, the reign of darkness pouring in and the realms of Godlessness striving to take over, the time might be right where others will hear, and uniting in the central message, will take the Liberty He gives all in their lives to think, believe and live as they are inclined, and share it with others.

For the first time in our history, we, the Shawn and Mary McCraney family writ large, are putting boots on the ground – two boots to be exact, to do our part in launching these realizations into the world.

How?

Beginning in October I am going to put my person behind a lifetime of work and am venturing out as Shawn the Baptist to preach from the wilderness the rising up of the Spirit of God in all people, the unity this will bring to the world and the fact that God is all in all.

What will this look like?

First, and because this is, in fact a biblical principle, I am coming in the Spirit and power of John the Baptist to prepare the hearts of people who can hear.

As Shawn the Baptist, I am preparing myself by having the paleo Hebrew spelling of Gods real proper pronoun name (which He has always wanted known and is YAHAVAH) on my neck, on my ear, on my brow, on my lip, over my heart, on my knuckles and over both knees to signify that I bear His burden, I hear Him alone, I see Him alone, I speak His will alone, my heart is for Him alone, my hands do His will alone and my knees bow to Him alone.

We are starting in the state of Utah and will visit five distinct easy to access locations in the west desert where we will prepare to speak to any and all who come forth as we are going to invite all people, races, genders, lifestyles, religions, denominations and not to come out and hear our message.

And what will the message be?

That we have been misled, lied to, manipulated and wrongly informed about the desires of our God by religious tradition, well-meaning parents, and zealous leaders.

I will preach the Message of God being all in all, that everyone has the right to believe and think as they will and that we should allow all others the same.

That Catholics should receive and love Prostants, that Jews and Muslims should unite as family, that our eastern family of Buddhists and Hindus and all the rest should love each other and in that love to allow God (in faith) to multiply His will and love out and through this world.

The bottom line – be washed in water as an outward non-religious personal indication that you accept all faith positions, and love and respect all people all the time.

I will baptize anyone who wants to embrace this idea as an outward indication of their inward heart, and we will give the baptized a t-shirt and a coin of faith and love as we are confident that this is in harmony with all that God has done for the world and reflect all that He desires of us while here.

We will not take names, memberships, money nor assign people who join us with things to do.

We will give them a link to Yeshuans.faith and move on the next week to another location.

We do this in faith, according to twenty years of research, as a family and in the Spirit of John the Baptist.

If you want to take the easy route and mock us, we get it – and love you the same. But at least we have tried to do something that we not only believe in but can serve to bring more mercy, peace and love in our utterly tattered world that 2000 years of mans religion has done nothing to stop or manage – except by threat or force.

I will continue to teach every Sunday and we will continue to do Heart of the Matter Epiphany as all of this has been in the works for almost six decades.

One final note – in this effort, coming forth in this day and age, we readily admit that God is truly using the most broken, messed up people on earth to accomplish this – meaning me, not my family.

I am not a prophet, I am nothing but someone willing to do whatever it takes to help honor our God, Savior and King.

We invite you to come out to the desert or wherever we may go and talk with others, participate or help.

You can go to Meetshawnthebaptist.com for updated information.

We will see you next week as we present our third series.
