TSK16 Manual
Sixteen Verses
The "TSK16 Manual" by Shawn McCraney unpacks sixteen critical biblical texts, offering a structured approach to distinguishing the Yeshuan perspective. Readers will gain a nuanced shift in understanding of the Bible an its purpose and place as these perspective are not often the rote answers we hear from modern Christianity today. Instead, these expositions aim to enhance spiritual liberty and deconstruct the potency of institutional control. The manual emphasizes the personal impact of scripture, encouraging readers to apply biblical truths to their lives, but with subjectivity and context always in mind.
Sample: Introduction: TSK16 Manual
Christians typically love to read the Bible. I happen to be one of them. And not only read but really dig into what it has to say, why it says what it does, who says it and to whom. Reading the Bible tends to bring people comfort and spiritual insights that enable them to face the challenges of life in the way that God would desire His children to live. Sometimes there are chapters of scripture that are easier to read than others. More often then not, the more “difficult” to understand chapters are avoided all-together because they tend to create more questions than provide answers.
Over the years of teaching through the Bible verse by verse (we have covered every book of the Apostolic Record (New Testament) and are working through the Tanakh presently) I have seen value in every book, almost every chapter, and in most verses, but there are a few chapters that for whatever reason are not typically valued, understood or remembered. Sometimes the chapters are misunderstood all-together. Particular to our purposes, we want to emphasize that each part of the scripture must be interpreted by the rest, and that no verse stands alone. That said, there are ten sets of passages (eight of them entire chapters) that any Christian seeking to really understand the Bible ought to take the time to understand. That is why we have compiled this short book – to aid in comprehension of the ten sets of biblical passages all believers today ought to wrap their minds around. Granted, there are dozens, if not hundreds upon hundreds of invaluable verses in the Bible – and we would never suggest passing over any of them as they are necessary to interpreting the rest of the book. But these specific sets of passages go a long way in outlining the following things that are often missed by the modern believer:
- The real New Testament (Jeremiah 31:31-34)
- An Approaching Great and Dreadful Day. (Malachi 4:1)
- Three related questions and their answers (Matthew 24:1-3)
- To the seven actual churches, shortly (Revelation 1:1-7)
- Yet Once More I Shake (Hebrews 12:18-29)
- Goodbye former, hello New (Revelation 20-22:5)
- The Eternally Increasing Kingdom (Isaiah 9:6-7)
- The Reconciled World (2nd Corinthians 5:18-21)
- All saved from (1st Timothy 4:10)
- All to come to repentance (2nd Peter 3:9)
- The Two Most Important Passages in the Age of Fulfillment (Galatians 6:7-8)
- Power to become His Sons (John 1:12-13)
- Maturing in the Faith (Hebrews 6:1-3)
- Appointed a Son (Galatians 4:6)
- Joint Heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17)
- The right view of the Resurrection (1st Corinthians 15)
