Central Claim: The incarnation, death, and resurrection of Yeshua fulfilled over 350 Tanakh prophecies and types, but the resurrection itself is the supreme event, producing a new Holy Spirit (Spirit 2.0) through which God now reigns as "all in all," reconciling the world to Himself and empowering all humanity.
Biblical Basis: Acts 13:30-33 grounds the resurrection as the fulfillment of Psalm 2:7, declaring Yeshua "begotten" through rising. John 14:12 and 16:7 establish that His departure was necessary for the Paraclete's arrival. Second Corinthians 5:18-19 (aorist tense) confirms reconciliation as a completed act. First Corinthians 15:14-20 makes the resurrection non-negotiable for any meaningful faith.
Yeshuan Perspective: McCraney's fulfilled eschatology frames the Mortal Messiah's life as staging for the post-Pentecost age, where Christiarchy operates through an indwelling Spirit accessible to all, not through institutional mediation. Subjective faith displaces doctrinal gatekeeping; knowing Christ's biography is a privilege, not a salvation requirement. This positions Yeshuan theology against both LDS ordinance-based access and Reformed forensic frameworks, grounding reconciliation entirely in the finished, cosmic work of the Risen Christ.

MORTAL MESSIAH,
VICTORIUS KING
Part III
May 17th 2026
In a concerted effort to show some of the reasons God’s logos became flesh and dwelled among us, we left off in Part II of this Series, “Mortal Messiah, Victorious King” having discussed numerous types from the Old Testament that foreshadowed Yeshua and His Mortal life.
We didn’t finish all of the main ones and could spend our time today addressing them including the Nation receiving manna from heaven, living water from the Rock, (who is identified as Christ in the Apostolic Record) of the Nation being commanded to look upon the brazen serpent to be healed, the tabernacle or temple itself, including its furnishings like the mercy seat, and veil.
We will not cover the Passover lamb symbolism on the doorposts in Egypt, nor did we explain He fulfilled the Sabbath, Cities of Refuge and their High priest entering the Holy of Holies once a year with the blood of bulls and goats.
All of this we have covered in our verse by verse teachings but the point today is – they all foreshadowed Him as types with His incarnation being the fulfilled reality.
Of course, and just for the record so it can be accesses later, I have included today in our study all the actual prophetic utterances that speak to Him and His life in the Tanakh which are also supported by sayings in the writings of the Apostles and saying of Christ Himself.
Again, due to time and the fact that we covered them in our verse by verse teachings, we will not cover them now but Mags will scroll through all seventeen pages of comparative information as a ready reference to anyone who wants to take the time to investigate them all – its pretty astounding when we consider the original authors of the ancient texts were not in collusion.

As Mags scrolls through these understand a few facts about them –
The original meaning of the prophesies were not always the way the apostles used them in their assignment to the Christ – something Bart Erman has made clear in his criticism of them.
Additionally, some of them – not that many but admittedly some, are stretches and so I do not believe the prophesies must stand on all fours – meaning, they do not have to match up exactly.
One of the reasons I stand on this is because it is the Spirit that reveals them to the reader and we are all at different places and levels of understanding and if I have learned anything about reading and searching for Him in the text it is that He unfolds differently for different people – therefore comprehension cannot be mandated or universal.
Go as you are led.
In my estimation, all that we presented last week in terms of the purposes for His incarnation, including fulfilling all the various types from the narrative and then the 350 plus prophetic examples you have just seen, speak volumes as a historical justification for Yeshua of Nazareth as the Messiah to that Nation.
They also go a long, long way to dispel the idea that there was a “Flavian conspiracy” to concoct a Messiah for the masses from the text retroactively – for me, I choose to believe that the complexity involved in such an attempt would be a statistical impossibility – but we all see and believe what we want, don’t we?
But listen clearly (if you can) – while all of this information and backstory is wonderful and encourages faith in what the Mortal Messiah did and while from these evidences believers for 2000 years have been able to learn invaluable principles about Him, His relationship to God, and the necessity of His life to reconcile God to the world, His very “life lived,” but truth be told, was pretty much for the Jews of that day, before their 70AD destruction when He came and took His holy and pure Bride to the New Jerusalem above.
This is extremely hard for most believers to hear – especially in the face of 2000 years of religious traditions created by men to try and replicate and relive the material facts of His mortal life.
Truth be told, Yeshua’s mortal existence was the material staging and support for something far more primary, powerful and persuasive in the world on out until this very moment – which was and is His risen life.
Again, we can hardly relate to His Mortal existence as it was in an age we barely understand, in a language that also transcends comprehension and was to a people and culture long gone by.
The paradox of this is we read to learn who He was, what He did, said, and taught – but we LIVE by the power of what He left behind – at least we should in my humble opinion.
Remember what He even said to His disciples before ascending,
John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
We also read Him saying,
John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the paraletos will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send it unto you.
And we remember John 7:39 where it says,
(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Yeshua was not yet glorified.)
We remember from our teachings on the indwelling of the Holy Spirit last year that, again – before the Incarnation and death of Christ– the Holy Spirit had the capacity to be in people, something I was taught was an impossibility but we showed how the scripture proved otherwise.
So, just as people were seen by God as justified by faith BEFORE Christ (as proven two weeks ago) and just as people were able to have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit BEFORE Christ (as proven by scriptural evidences) we are again forced to ask, “why did we need the incarnation of the Word of God at all?”
In addition to His death unconditionally paying for the wages of sin for all of humankind (brought on by our first parents) and His life lived qualifying Him and His life as an acceptable offering, Him fulfilling the Law and the Prophets, completing scriptural prophecy, performing the miracles and showing the Nation the image of the invisible God, we have come to understand something utterly overlooked by Christianity for nearly 2000 years,
Ready?
His obedient life lived, His submission to His Father, His being Israel when Israel failed, His shed blood and body offered all culminated in Him, for lack of a better word, creating a new 2.0 version of the Spirit of God and this, my friends, is the ultimate and actual power by which He reigns over all things in heaven, on earth and below the earth.
We can say this because of passages like,
Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
2nd Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Hebrews 2:16-18 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
All of those passages that Mags showed you are summarized in meaning by Paul when he wrote to the Bride in that day in Philippians 2:5
5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The question we might ask is when did God highly exalt this man? At his birth?
His baptism? When He performed miracles?
We get insight into this question by the fact that throughout His life God referred to the Mortal Messiah as His beloved Son, in whom He was well pleased, but that it was only by and through the act of His being raised that God deemed the Man born of a woman, His only begotten.
It is in this vein that Luke wrote the following from the mouth of Paul in Acts 13. After telling the story of Yeshua’s mortal life, Paul is quoted as saying,
Act 13:29 And when they (the men who took ownership of his crucified body) had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.
30 But God raised him from the dead:
31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people.
32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers,
33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.
Meaning, it was by and through the resurrection that God fulfilled the promises made to the ancient fathers, including the passage in Psalm 2:7 which says,
Psalm 2:7 I will declare the decree: YAHAVAH hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Meaning that all the factors of the Mortal Messiah’s life told in types and shadows, and prophecies and His material manifestation to His own as recorded in the Apostolic Record set the stage for one grand culminating event that changed the course of everything in heaven, earth and below – His resurrection.
As Yeshuans, we maintain that as everything has been fulfilled in and through the finished work for them/then through His mortal life, there remains an ongoing labor even purpose in the world made possible only by the deliverance of a new Holy Spirit 2.0, which after Pentecost is synonymously called by the Apostles, the Spirit of Christ.
No resurrection? No Spirit of the Risen Christ in the world. No Spirit of the Risen Christ in the world, no Victory over all things. No victory over all things? Then the world remains in the same place as after the Fall and the biggest fools on earth are those who follow Jebus’s moral teachings for living.
Paul said this himself in 1st Corinthians 15 when he was defending the resurrection to those who were doubting it, and said,
Paul makes the value of His resurrection supreme – even compared to His mortal life alone when he wrote in 1st Corinthians 15 starting at verse 12
12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ no risen:
14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.
16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.
(Ready?)
19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
This tacitly suggests that if Christ was just a moral man, a prophet of good living and teachings, those who follow Him - especially the Apostles in that day - were in this life are most miserable for the had no hope, they had no power to walk in, and their witness of Him as victorious was hollow.
But Paul doesn’t end there, he adds at verse 20,
1st Corinthians 15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
And while Paul’s message was certainly speaking of the hope of a believers resurrections, and as important as this fact is for all who once feared death and the grave, the scripture paints a far more meaningful application of His resurrection in the lives of all people on earth forevermore.
Let me make it plain –
His death reconciled the world to God, paying the wages of sin that once separated us all.
To quote my favorite scriptural support for this we cite Paul’s words in 2nd Corinthians 5:18-19 where he wrote,
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
And for those who are skeptical of the completion of these words know that the tense of the passages are
In 2nd Corinthians 5:18-19, Paul uses a mix of past and present tenses to describe the work of reconciliation. Key actions like reconciled and gave (v. 18) are in the aorist (past) tense, indicating a completed work, while "was reconciling" (v. 19) is often viewed as a progressive or ongoing action. [1, 2, 3]
In verse 18 the words “Reconciled/Gave”
are in the aorist tense in Greek, which denotes a completed action in the past—the work Yeshua finished on the cross.
The term was Reconciling in verse 19 indicates that the process of reconciling the world was happening then through Christ.
And the words, “not counting” in verse 19 is a present participle, indicating the ongoing nature of God not holding sins against the world due to the finished work.
Bottom line - the passages highlight that God completed the act of reconciliation in the past and has now be reconciled to the world once alienated by Adam.
This ostensibly suggests, my friends, that by and through the death of Christ the world was reconciled to the Father once and for all, that He is not angry with human beings any longer, and this suggests, in a non literal non material sense that the world and all those in it have been returned to having direct access to God without any intermediaries – just like our first parents.
But what makes this so much different than before, it that all of the worlds inhabitants have been reconciled to God by the Spirit of the Risen Victorious Christ, Spirit 2.0, which is why John was able to write in the first chapter of his gospel,
John 1:4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men, (and)
John 1:9 He was the true Light, which doth enlighten every man, coming to the world;
Without His resurrection and the Spirit of Christ, Holy Spirit 2.0 which understand us and gives us the ability to believe and which is what literally empowered the creation of a new heaven, a new earth, a new Jerusalem (which is above) all the world and all human beings would still be relegated angering God and would live and die alienated from Him.
In the face of all of this we readily but respectfully distinguish between the life and works of the Mortal Messiah depicted in the text (and especially depicting what was done then) and the Spirit of the Risen Victorious God-Man that fell on the earth at Pentecost and which resides freely in all people today, calling them to let Him work and reign over their fleshly ways.
So, let’s rehearse the supreme import of what took the work of the Mortal Messiah and vested its culminating power in Man forevermore – the resurrection.
The mortal messiah died – remember? But Acts 13:30 plainly states,
“But God raised him from the dead,”
Paul adds words in Romans 1:4 that we could almost add to that line which says, And declared Him to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.
And then he adds the grand qualifier to believers in that day saying in Romans 6:5
“For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection.”
Remember, the Bride in that day was called to believe on Him who came and was put to death for sin and Paul is telling them that “if they had been planted together in the likeness of His death, they would also be in the likeness of His resurrection.”
Because the text tells us that the whole world ostensibly died with Him in His death, as He paid for the sin of the world through His death, we maintain that the whole world has been made alive by and through His resurrection, enabling Him to say,
“all power has been given unto me in heaven and earth” and to ultimately, and before His return for His Bride in that day, “to put all things under His feet,” so that as Paul says in 1st Corinthians, “God is now all IN all.”
God was not all in all through the life of the Mortal Messiah. His victory, and the glory of His Son had not been had.
But by and through the power of His resurrection, we maintain that everything from the former age corresponding to “the Fall (including the Law, the Prophets, the temple, the Priesthood, the alienation from God, His wrath, and the utter and sheer darkness that governed the world of humanity before His resurrection, is over and that since Pentecost, the world has, again – because of Him and His resurrection – only gotten better.
Just take a minute and try and extract yourself from the chaos of worshippers of the Mortal Messiah and their longing for this world to end with His future arrival to destroy everyone but them, and try and see the world in terms of pre-resurrected Christ and post.

Naysayers, and those who live by the Mortal Messiah will cry,
“Yeah, but look at pollution, crime, gang violence, sexual depravity, pedophilia and identity craziness”
But the fact of the matter is, because God made us in His powerful image and gave us freewill as part of that human package, giving US, from the start dominion over this realm, this material world will always and forever roil in our self-centered ways, but generally speaking, and because of His victorious resurrection, the world has improved and not materially declined.
Will material failure, suffering, death, injustice remain? Of course. This life will always include such. But God, through His Son and His Victorious Spirit existing in all, has prevailed and will continue to prevail – and here is the key to all of this – with and without individuals literally being able to identify the source of their love.
How? Why? God is now all in all, the world has been reconciled to Him and spiritually exists back in the Garden, with every man, woman and child, “forgiven and Given” (ready)
Forgiven of their sin brought about by Adam and our flesh, and given the light o the Risen one to better choose how to live according to His power – or not.
This is the new world created by the former wrapping up being destroyed. Religion is dead. Unjustified authority of man over the masses is over as the very empowering Spirit of the Risen Christ reigns in all, and for those taking and living by what has been given them, subjectively walking through life by two simple themes He brings –
“faith and love.”
But faith in what? Cry the apologists! Where a person places their faith means the difference between heaven and hell, salvation and separation, good and evil!
This was true in the day of the Mortal Messiah and those He physically came to save.
But God is now all in all, and so faith is on Him from the heart of those who receive the Spirit of His Risen Son within them, even without having understanding of His life and work.
And what love? What does this love you preach look like in those who are His?
It looks like the love He evidenced in His life. But that is not known embraced and followed by study – the parameters are defined by those who receive it by the Spirit, and will always look selfless, sacrificial and unconditional.
How can you say this? The scripture says it. Describes it. Explains it.
But remember, it is by the power of His risen life, where He was deemed, God’s only begotten. This caused Peter to write even in that day in 1st Peter 1:3
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Yeshua Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a living hope by the resurrection of Yeshua Christ from the dead.
The question that has remained, ever since Titus obliterated Jerusalem, its temple, priesthood, and economy of old, is,
Who wants to live by the Spirit of the Victorious Christ?
Those who do are known by two main things – faith and love – which is why even to the Bride back in that day before the destruction of Material religion, John wrote in 1st John 3:22-23,
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
We suggest that knowing, and believing on the name of God’s Son Yeshua the Messiah was necessary to them in that age to be saved from the coming destruction and to the Kingdom, but because God is now “all in all,” that even this knowledge is a privilege and blessing to those that have it, but it is as necessary to living by His Spirit as someone knowing all the facets of US history to be a citizen, or someone learning all the elements of their lap top to turn it on and use it.
Yes, the world economy exists, as do all human beings in it, because of the Mortal Messiah and the Risen Christ and without Him we would remain in the former state described in the ancient text.
But material knowledge of His life, work, death, and resurrection were never established as musts for humans to be reconciled, loved, received and empowered by God.
Foundational? To be sure? Essential? No doubt. But a glorious result of all that God has done to redeem the world of sin, clear the way to living, and in time bring all willing souls into direct relationship BY the Spirit of the Risen Christ which not only abides in all, but is an open spigot to any who are willing to allow Him to reign.
We are going to wrap this series up next week with what will probably be the most philosophically based explanation of what this means in this age of fulfilment.
We are working hard to bring it all about in a way that will bring understanding about a shift from essence proceeding existence to existence proceeding essence. If you are willing, we think it will add some genuine depth to your perspective.
